DID THE JEFFERSON BIBLE COME BEFORE OR AFTER RELIGIOUS FREEDOM IN THE U.S.?

He did two bible projects, one while president (which has been mostly lost), and one well after leaving the White House -- which is the one that is known and recognized today. By the time he became president, the 1st Amendment to the US Constitution, as well as the Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom, had long been in place. The former in 1791, and the latter in 1786.
